Strength Training will begin again on Monday March 20th. We will lift on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6am until 6:50am. Please consider lifting whenever you can make it, it will make you a better athlete no matter what sport you play. T-shirts will be awarded again this year for the kids that train the hardest.
Please remember to sign up for the team camp, t-shirts will be awarded for these wrestlers too.
